Mark Fallon, The Berkshire Company

Mark M. Fallon is President & CEO of The Berkshire Company, a consulting firm specializing in mail and document processing strategies. The company develops customized solutions integrating proven management concepts with emerging technologies to achieve total process management.

An award-winning speaker, Mark engages his audiences with enthusiasm and sincerity. He is able to share his personal successes and failures to help audiences learn methods to improve themselves and their teams.

Mark's talk will center around "The Power of Networking".

Gary Shapiro, USPS Judicial Officer

Judge Shapiro serves as chairman of the Postal Service Board of Contract Appeals under the Contract Disputes Act and as vice president of the Judicial Officer department.

Judge Shapiro brings three decades of legal experience within the Postal Service. He attended the Georgetown University Law Center, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Juris Doctor degree, and also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. He has been married to his wife Gail for over 30 years and has three children.
